When you submit your email address or book a time, we use it to prepare and confirm your candidate review. Booking details (name, email, phone, company) are collected by our scheduling provider, Calendly, and used to send your calendar invite.

We also keep the details you give us in this form — your email address, the role and type of work you selected, and whether you were after a remote or local hire — so we can prepare your candidates and follow up with you. We don't sell this information or share it with advertisers beyond the measurement described below.

We measure how visitors use this site, including through advertising measurement provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook). This includes the pages you view and actions you take here — such as submitting your email or booking a call — used to measure how our ads perform. In regions where advertising tracking requires your consent, it stays off unless you accept.

You can opt out of advertising measurement through your browser's cookie settings and Meta's ad preferences. To ask about or delete information you've shared with us, reply to your calendar invite and we'll take care of it.
